Understanding Our Fees

In this guide, we aim to give you a transparent breakdown of the costs associated with AirClaimExperts’ services. It’s important to read through this document before proceeding with us. As you go through our fee structure, we encourage you to refer back to the definitions in our Terms for clarity on specific terms.

III. Services Free of Charge

Free Services

Some services, such as the Eligibility Service and Information Service, are provided at no charge. If our Compensation Service doesn’t secure Flight Compensation for you, there will be no cost.

IV. Compensation Service Fees

Getting Compensation

Our Compensation Service helps you claim compensation from airlines. We operate on a “no-win, no-fee” basis, meaning we only charge when compensation is successfully obtained.

Two Types of Fees

Our Compensation Service fees include a Service Fee and a Legal Action Fee, both deducted from any compensation we secure on your behalf:

– Service Fee: 25% (inclusive of VAT)
– Legal Action Fee: 15% (inclusive of VAT)

V. How Fees Work

Service Fee

Once compensation is successfully recovered, a Service Fee of 25% of the total compensation amount, VAT included, is deducted.

Legal Action Fee

If legal proceedings are necessary, a 15% Legal Action Fee is deducted in addition to the Service Fee.

Legal Expenses

During legal actions, AirClaimExperts may cover legal expenses and court costs and seek reimbursement from the airline if successful. If unsuccessful, AirClaimExperts absorbs the cost unless otherwise outlined in our Withdrawal and Termination policies.

Goodwill Claims

For goodwill claims, a fee of EUR 25.00 applies, which is waived for lower compensation amounts.

VI. Special Fees For Customers Of Travel Agencies

Varied Agreements

If you’ve booked through a travel agency, fee structures and services may differ based on your agreement, but will never exceed the maximum fees outlined above.

VII. Full Flight Compensation Amount

What You’ll Receive

After our fees are deducted, you’ll receive the remainder of the compensation, adjusted to your local currency and governed by local exchange rates where applicable.

International Bank Transfers

We provide international transfers at no extra cost, although intermediary fees may apply and exchange rates may affect the final amount.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All listed fees include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
